The Title of this entry is a little confusing but read on, it will make sense.

Sorry for the shortage in posting folks. This week and the following are my final exam week… so I will try my hardest to write during this period. However, I do have some good news about this week I’d like to share. This week I happen to eat at this really awesome wing place called Pluckers (Wing Bar), and saved about 8 bucks! Now, you may think that to be an insignificant amount, but let me explain. A friend of mine and I decided that we would head over to Pluckers and have some dinner plus their special Plucker’s Lemonade(Pink Lemonade and Sky Vodka)! Whoa! I’ve never taste something so good!

Well, as we looked at the menu, we decided on what we wanted to eat. Wings and dessert! The waitress comes up to us and asked if we had the Plucker’s member card and I replied “no, I don’t have it what’s it cost or what?” and she said “It’s ten bucks but you get a free dish with your two entree order and a free dessert!” Well, I did the math and figured that we could save a few dollars on our meal if I signed up! So I did.

The cool thing about my dinner was that I saved five bucks by spending ten on the card! Meaning, even after the ten dollars spent on the card our total came out to bellow the estimated cost for our meal! Yay!

Oh, one last thing! We got three Desserts! The first one that came out was the incorrect dessert but they let us keep it! It was a chocolate brownie with ice cream and then they brought out the banana split! However, the banana split had some sort of weird taste and the waitress let us know that they might have mixed up a dressing for the caramel syrup! lol hahaha, wow! So, the brought us out another one! Needless to say, we were stuffed by the time we left! But very happy campers none the less!

Look for these kinds of opportunities everywhere!!! They help out!

P.S. The card allowed us to save on every purchase and special of the day, plus a free meal on my birthday! I could have gotten a free meal for my spouse (Don’t have one) on my children (nope) too!
